Hardware

• A full range of UNC & UNF Track bolts, Sprocket/Segment bolts and Roller bolts are stocked to suit all models of crawler equipment
• Track bolts are grade 12.9 and roller bolts are 10.9
• All bolts are forged from alloy steels and heat treated to the specifications of the original equipment manufacturers
• Heat treatment provides a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI and a core hardness of Rockwell HRC37-42
• All nuts are hardened and tempered to match bolt strength
• Segment and Roller washers are also available
• We recommend using original manufactures bolts for all Rollers, Sprockets, Segments and toque to their specifications
